This 60,000-square-foot facility is more than just a haven for pickleball enthusiasts—it is a multipurpose space designed for a wide range of activities, including fitness, entertainment and special events.

One of the standout features of this innovative complex is Georgetown Oaks, a state-of-the-art ballroom that will be located on the second floor and promises to be one of the region’s premier event venues. This 4,000-square-foot ballroom is scheduled to open in summer 2025, offering top-notch facilities and services for weddings, corporate gatherings and other special occasions. The addition of this venue within the LevelUp complex marks a significant step toward creating a versatile community hub that offers something for everyone.

Georgetown Oaks is poised to become a sought-after destination for weddings. Packages are all-inclusive with a scheduled setup and cleanup time, a private bridal suite, and use of a prep kitchen for catering needs. All tables, chairs, dishes, glassware and linens—available in black, white or ivory—are included, ensuring that your event runs seamlessly. Additionally, guests may choose from several personalized options, including an approved list of caterers or the option to have their own for a small surcharge. An optional indoor or outdoor ceremony package is available to enhance a special occasion further.

Also, a 20 percent discount will be offered for off-season weddings—held in January, February, November or December.
