Gateway High School Presents ‘Once Upon a Mattress’

Set in a kingdom in medieval times, Gateway High School performed “Once Upon a Mattress” for excited audiences at five showtimes. Everyone enjoyed this hilarious and romantic spin on the classic tale “The Princess and the Pea,” where melodic songs and shenanigans reigned! With a cast and crew of 58 students including 17 seniors, the production brought a magnificent taste of Broadway to the Robert A. Read Performing Arts Center in early April.
