Allegheny County Wine & Spirits Festival

When: July 19

Enjoy an evening of wine and spirits, food trucks, and live music at the Allegheny County Wine & Spirits Festival. Samples from some of the best wineries and distilleries in the region will be featured.


Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival

When: June 13-15

Where: Downtown Butler

Experience the original Jeep Invasion in downtown Butler, birthplace of the Jeep! Hit the off-road trails, shop for your next Jeep part or accessory in the vendor area, or simply show off your Jeep. Military history lovers, show ‘n’ shiners, off-roaders… all types of Jeep owners are welcome.


Berry Festival and Craft Show

When: June 21 & 22

Where: Freedom Farms, 434 Overbrook Road, Valencia

The Berry Festival and Craft Show features tractor rides, a petting zoo, more than 50 craft vendors, a beer and wine garden, berry-flavored everything, and activities for the kids. There will also be a full open-air market for shopping, concessions with food from Freedom Farms, and face painting.


The Big Butler Fair

When: June 27 through July 5

Where: Butler Fairgrounds, 1127 New Castle Road, Prospect

Families from all over PA, Ohio, New York and West Virginia attend this longtime event each year to enjoy midway games, demolition derbies, concerts, truck pulls, fireworks and much more!


Divine Grace Parish Family Festival

When: August 8-10

Where: St. Ferdinand Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township

This longtime event is three days of live music, food, bingo, raffles and carnival games, with a children’s play area and a massive “white elephant” sale.


Family Freedom Festival

When: May 31 and June 1

Where: Harmony-Evans City VFW Post 499, 408 North Washington Street, Evans City

This annual event is a celebration of community and support for local veterans and their families. A free lunch for vets, a patriotic kids bike parade, live music, vendors and more will make this festival special.


Festival in the Park

When: June 28

Where: Blueberry Hill Park, Blaine’s Way, Franklin Park

This year’s festival will be filled with inflatable fun for all ages, food trucks, activities, entertainment, a petting zoo, axe throwing, and live music. Magnificent fireworks will cap off the night.


Holy Trinity ‘Taste of Greece’ Festival

When: August 28-31

Souvlaki, moussaka, souzoukakia, gyros, and so much more will be on the menu for the Taste of Greece Festival. Entertainment and vendors will add to the fun.


Mars Brew Fest

Mars New Year

This festival celebrating the red planet’s new year offers fun, immersive, and educational activities for all ages, with exhibits from organizations such as NASA, Astrobotic, Aldrin Family Foundation, JPL, and more. There will also be STEAM activities and high-impact space-related programming.


Millvale Music Fest

Sewickley Community Center Juneteenth Festival

When: June 21

Where: Sewickley Community Center, 15 Chadwick Street, Sewickley

This is an excellent opportunity to participate in various activities and events designed to enhance connection and foster a sense of community within the neighborhood. A range of programs, including arts and crafts, music and food, will be part of the event.


Wildflower Festival

When: July 19, 20, 26, and 27

Tractor rides to the beautiful flower fields where you can pick all the sunflowers, zinnias, snapdragons, and gomphrena you want are worth the price of admission. However, there will also be pony rides, swings, a sunflower maze, corn pit, hay mountain, an animal barn, and more.


Zelienople Horse Trading Days

The Zelienople Area Business Association will present the 59th annual Horse Trading Days this year. A regional tradition, the event offers tons of vendors, unique food options, local products, live music, a family fun run and lots of carnival fun.

Abbamania Canada Live

‘Beautiful: The Carole King Musical’

Jersey Nights: Tribute to Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons

Simply Queen: Tribute to the Legendary Rock Band

Aspinwall’s Big Night Out

The Big Night Out is one of Aspinwall’s largest annual community events, drawing neighbors together in a celebration of community and in support of local organizations.


Butler Community Day

Butler Community Day offers fun for the whole family with live entertainment, great food and vendors, lot of activities for the kiddos, and fireworks to end the night.


Christmas in July

Christmas in July at the Hampton Township pool means festive decorations, a free snowball toss for children, and a visit from Mr. Claus! There will also be food trucks and the farmers market in the community center parking lot from 3 to 7 p.m.


Cranberry Township Community Chest Community Days

This event will be three fun days filled with live music, carnival rides, food and craft vendors, games, fireworks, and the home run derby.


Dog Days of Summer at North Park

Enjoy an evening of fun and games with pups of all shapes, sizes, and colors. Giveaway bags will be available with treats for both the humans and their furry best friends.


Father’s Day Car Cruise

Take your dad to this car cruise for some family fun! There will be plenty of unique and antique vehicles to view along with music and local food trucks. Dashboard plaques will be given to the first 100 cruise cars.


First Responders Night Out

When: August 5

Where: Franklin Park Regional Municipal Building, 2344 West Ingomar Road, Franklin Park

Thank local first responders in person for their service and participate in a touch-a-truck style event. There will be ambulances, fire trucks, police cars, public works trucks and tons of other fun things.


The Moraine State Park Regatta

When: August 2 & 3

Where: Moraine State Park (South Shore of Lake Arthur), 225 Pleasant Valley Road, Portersville

This regatta features eco-recreational activities on both land and water—free family fun for all ages!


Shaler Township Community Day

When: July 4

Summer Nights and Fireflies

When: June 28

Where: Beechwood Farms Nature Reserve, 614 Dorseyville Road, Fox Chapel

Is there anything more enjoyable than a summer night filled with fireflies? Learn about our state insect and its interesting life, and how to count fireflies in your own backyard. The evening will begin with a presentation, then everyone will head outside to observe and count as night falls. Registration is required.


Township of Pine Community Day

Summer Inspiration

Cranberry Community Chase 5K Run/Walk

When: July 12

Habitat for Humanity’s Youth Triathlon

When: July 19

Where: North Park Pool, South Ridge Drive, Allison Park

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Pittsburgh’s Youth Triathlon is for athletes ages 7-15 of all ability levels. Participants must be able to swim, bike, and run on their own. Participants will receive a t-shirt to tie-dye, as well as a medal upon finishing. Trophies will be awarded to the top three boy and girl finishers in each age bracket. Registration is required.


Native Plant Sale

Shaler Great Gardens Tour

Enjoy colorful blooms, ponds, and paths on the Great Gardens Tour. Proceeds benefit the Shaler North Hills Library.


Southern Butler County Garden Club Annual Garden Tour

Where: Cranberry Township area

Get inspired by touring several private gardens! Homeowners will be available to answer your questions and share their gardening design insight. Tickets will be collected for a chance to win a door prize.


Twilight 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk

When: July 25

Where: St. Conrad Campus & Butler Farm Show Grounds, 125 Buttercup Road, Butler

Proceeds of the event will benefit All Saints Parish and the Sarah Kasunic/Emily Leyland Scholarship at Butler Catholic School. This run is great for competitive and casual runners as well as walkers.

3 Rivers Comicon 2025

Bloomfield Little Italy Days

Bring your appetite to one of the region’s largest heritage festivals! Expect lots of music and food, games, and activities for the kids among the unique shops and fine restaurants. This four-day festival will have three packed stages with more than 30 acts.


The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival

A production of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, this is a celebration of the arts in downtown Pittsburgh unlike any other. World-class, multidisciplinary performing and visual arts attractions are free and open to everyone. Night in the Tropics: Island Oasis

Northside Music Festival

PedalPGH

This casual, fun charity ride welcomes thousands of riders of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels to explore the Steel City. Proceeds benefit BikePGH, a nonprofit organization that works to make the city safe and accessible for everyone to bike and walk.


Picklesburgh

Picklesburgh is the destination for all things pickled! This culinary celebration goes well beyond the dill. Pittsburgh Black Music Festival

Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix

The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is a huge vintage automobile event, spanning 10 days with two race weekends, car shows, parties, parades, and motorsport events. It raises funds for local organizations that serve people with autism and intellectual or developmental disabilities.


Rock, Reggae & Relief
