All Saints Greek Food Festival

Bites and Pints Food & Drink Festival

Bridgeville Day on the Avenue

Brookline’s Breezefest

California Riverfest

Canonsburg Fourth of July Parade & Celebration

Canonsburg hosts one of the largest Independence Day celebrations in the state with a patriotic parade, park events and a spectacular fireworks display, plus lots of other fun activities.

Corks & Kegs

One of the largest craft beer events in the region, this offers tons of activities, food trucks, live music, a car cruise, and plenty of beers, ciders, wines and spirits.

Fall Fantasy Parades

Don’t miss one of Kennywood’s grandest traditions. This series boasts more than 130 marching bands from local high schools and universities, along with beautifully decorated floats.

Foodees Fest

When: June 12–14

Get ready for a weekend of delicious food, unique crafts, and family fun. About 50 food trucks and vendors will be serving gourmet dishes and sweet treats. There will also be dozens of artisans showcasing handmade jewelry, arts and crafts.

McSummer Fest

Brentwood Firecracker 5K Race

J.R. Taylor 5K Race and Walk

Where: Starts 800 feet north of the Montour Trail’s J.R. Taylor Memorial Bridge over Clifton Road, Bethel Park

Pittsburgh Melanoma Foundation 5K Run/Walk

Whiskey Rebellion 5K Run/Walk

The 42nd annual Whiskey Rebellion 5K Race continues a Canonsburg tradition. The race takes place before the big Independence Day parade. All proceeds benefit the Canon-McMillan cross country team.

Anything on Wheels Event

Explore the world of wheeled transportation including antique and classic cars, special-use trucks, and even some vintage boats on trailers. Ride beautifully restored antique trolleys, tour the Trolley Display Building, and see interactive exhibits in the new Welcome & Education Center.

Campfire Jam Nights

Grab a lawn chair or blanket and join park staff around the campfire for an evening of acoustic music! Musicians who play an instrument are encouraged to share their talent. Listeners are also welcome. Light refreshments will be served.

Corn Hole for the Cure 2026

Corn Hole for the Cure raises funds for breast cancer research and awareness. The event includes a double-elimination tournament, silent auction raffles, 50/50 raffle, food and lots of fun.

Family Campout at Mingo Creek Park

Spend an evening camping under the star-filled skies. There will be lots of family fun including cooking hot dogs, roasting marshmallows, and spending time around the campfire. You will need your own tent and camping supplies, but park staff will be available to help new campers.

Mt. Lebanon Artists’ Market

Star Party at Mingo Creek Park

View the moon, stars, planets and deep space objects at the Mingo Creek Observatory. These public star parties are hosted by the Amateur Astronomers Association of Pittsburgh. They begin at dusk with safe solar viewing starting approximately two hours before sunset. Observing will take place as long as there is a partly clear sky.

Touch a Truck

Festivals and Fun in the Burgh

3 Rivers Comicon 2026

Bloomfield Little Italy Days

Bring your appetite to one of the region’s largest heritage festivals. Expect lots of music and food, games, and activities for the kids among the unique shops and fine restaurants. This four-day festival will have three packed stages with more than 30 acts.

The Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival

A production of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, this festival is a celebration of the arts unlike any other. World-class, multidisciplinary arts attractions are free and open to everyone. The outdoor event features live music, performances and visual art as well as a large artisan market.

Night in the Tropics: Sunset Riviera

Pedal PGH

This casual, fun event invites thousands of riders of all ages, abilities and fitness levels to explore the Steel City. Proceeds benefit BikePGH, a nonprofit organization that works to make the city safe and accessible for everyone to bike and walk.

Picklesburgh

Pittsburgh International Jazz Festival

Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix

This huge vintage race event spans nine days, with two race weekends, car shows, parties, parades and motorsport events. It raises funds to help provide residential care, treatment and support for people in the region who have autism and intellectual/developmental disabilities.
